I will NOT under any circumstances, accept commissions from NOR will I draw art for any of the following (AKA you ask me to draw giftart for them), including OCs made by them, NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER! PLEASE DO NOT ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THIS, these are MY RULES and my decision is final or I will block you and add you to my commission blacklist as well. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE AKA MOAR COMMISSION RULES-Please do not constantly pester me for updates, I promise I will provide some! I do have a day job and a personal life, so please be patient!-I sometimes work fast so chances are I may have your commission ready in less than a week but depending on my workload or my personal life, commissions will take about A WEEK OR TWO. If something come up in my personal life that causes me to have commissions be done in a more than that timeframe, I will let you know during updates!-I have the right to decline a commission I am not comfortable drawing! Please DO NOT argue with me if I decline a commission request. Getting aggressive if I decline a commission will be an instant block/adding you to my commission blacklist-If you are rude or are verbally abusive during the commission process or break any of my other rules, I will immediately cancel your commission, give you a full refund, block and add you to my commission blacklist and you will lose the ability to commission me in the future. I will not tolerate any abusive or manipulative behavior whatsoever. You want my respect, you got to give me respect back. Period. Otherwise, I will refuse to work with you again and will block/put you on the blacklist.-I will not begin any work on a commission unless I receive the full payment first. I will wait a maximum of THREE days for a payment but if something happens from your end that causes me to have to wait more than three days for payment, please tell me and I will make a special exception and wait longer than three days. Please do not abuse this!-You are more than welcome to use your commission as an icon, banner, or repost to your social media as long as you credit me! Please do not take credit/claim that you made my artwork.stardust_koguma (Instagram) will do!-Please do not use my art as an NFT, trace over it, feed it through that AI crap, or pass off my work as your own.-Regarding commercialization, I am unsure at the moment since I don’t know how the commercialization stuff and commercialization fees work, so it’s a No for now.-Communication is key! Please, please, stay in touch with me during the process so I can ensure you get what you what after I present to you the sketch and ask what revisions you’d like! I will only do revisions during the sketch phase. Any other revisions after that will most likely incur a small fee.-Another thing regarding revisions, I will not do any revisions/changes once the art is done, BUT if I made the mistake myself and I failed to notice it, I will go back and correct it!•

-Politics/Anything political-Any of that NFT crap-Topics promoting hate speech (ie: Racism, Religious hate, usage of slurs, bigotry such as homophobia or transphobia)-Gore/Violence-Pedophilia/Zoophilia/Incest-Animal abuse or Abusive behavior-Any artwork for people listed in the blacklist, including art of their OCs-Any other topic that may make me uncomfortable in general-You understand that by commissioning me, you agree to my TOS/commission rules and boundaries and that violating them could mean losing the ability to commission me again in the future.
